Looking for the ultimate sleepover party? At Kidco Dream Parties we can help create your dream party. We offer party tents for all ages in themes and colors. You can pick from our select theme or contact us to customize a theme just for you. You can plan the perfect day party, or sleepover party!


All of our parties include tent, air mattress, fitted sheet, standard pillow, throw pillow, blanket, bedside tray, and décor to match your theme, string lights, and many other add on options. We cater to the Phoenix area, and soon to be Tucson area.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • Do I have to setup the rentals myself?

    No. Simply clear the space, we’ll do the rest

  • Are your rentals in good shape?

    We carefully inspect our rentals for damage and bring extra supplies during the install process. Batteries are changed frequently to ensure decorative lighting will stay running through the night. We bring boot covers to every delivery to prevent floor damage.

  • Can you do a sleepover outside?

    Yes, however, our equipment is NOT WATERPROOF so we strongly recommend you have a backup plan in case of poor weather, we will not give refunds for a sudden change in weather unless it prevents us from driving to your location. A refundable $50 cleaning/ damage deposit will be charged for outdoor sleepovers. We will not setup in conditions that currently are, or appear to soon be: raining, snowing, muddy, dirty, or windy. We reserve the right not to setup our equipment where it appears the conditions could damage our equipment or create unsafe conditions for your guests. This may include: wet grass, gravel, pitch from trees, public spaces, uneven ground, mud, broken glass or other trash, thorny plants, or substantially messy turf. Don’t forget to turn off your sprinklers well in advance of setup time too. 

  • What is your cancellation policy?

    $150 30+ days reschedule fee 

    $300 15-29 days reschedule fee 

    No Refund 0-14 days

  • Are pillows included?

    Pillows not included for hygiene purposes. Decorative cushions/pillows  are provided but are only for decoration.

  • How far in advance do I need to reserve my party?

    We book on a first-come-first serve basis so check out our availability calendar before booking. Summer months may be busier and we recommend booking sooner rather than later. Please call if your event is less than 72 hours away, options may be limited with last minute bookings but we’ll do our best to accommodate your needs if we are available to fulfill your order.

  • How long does it take to set up and take down?

    About 1 hour to 2 hours for set up depending on the amount of teepees. Tear down takes about 45 minutes to 1 hour

  • Delivery Fees?

    1-10 miles from 85210 and also 85742 - Complimentary

    11-20 miles from 85210 and also 85742 $45

    21-30 miles from 85210 and also 85742  - $60

    31-40 miles from 85210 and also 85742 - $75

    41-50 miles from 85210 and also 85742 - $90

  • How are the teepees cleaned?

    KIDCO DREAMS will launder all of the blankets, linens and decorative cushions after the party. The airbeds and trays are also sanitized.

  • Where are your dream parties available?

    We cater to the Phoenix area, and soon to be Tucson area.
